Ink unevenness refers to the different shades of ink on the same screen. The front is deep and the back is shallow, and the front is shallow and the back is relatively less. The causes and treatment methods of uneven ink color are as follows:

 (1) Ink color unevenness caused by the roller part. The reasons are:

 ①The roller gear or bearing is worn out.

②The drum has not reached static parallelism.

③The roller journal is not concentric with the simplified version.

Treatment method: These factors can cause the instability of the drum transmission, and the uneven force will cause the ink color to be different. In these cases, only overhaul or replacement of faulty parts can be made.

(2) Ink color unevenness caused by installation and debugging errors. Causes:

①The pressure adjustment between the rollers is not suitable, the pressure is large on one side and small on the other.

 ②The pressure adjustment on both sides of the ink roller is not suitable.

Treatment method: If these situations occur, the ink roller pressure and roller pressure should be adjusted correctly, and adjustments should be made to the machines with unreasonable distribution of the ink application rate of the ink roller. Adjust ink viscosity reasonably. Replace the inking roller with too small diameter and excessively worn bearings.
